Step 1: Initial Consultation
We begin by gathering all the essential details for your event. This includes the date, time, venue location, overall concept/theme and a list of the services you're interested in. We also request any inspiration photos and a budget range to help us better understand your vision. This information can be provided via phone or email.

Step 2: Customized Proposal & Design
Based on the information gathered, we will create a personalized proposal and design concept tailored to your event. The proposal will include detailed pricing and service options, ensuring that everything aligns with your expectations.

Step 3: Deposit & Contract
Once the proposal is approved, a deposit is required to secure your booking. We will also provide a formal contract outlining the terms and services for your event, which must be signed prior to moving forward.

Step 4: Event Day Setup & Breakdown
On the day of your event, our team will arrive a few hours prior to the event start time to set up and install all decor elements. After the event concludes, we will return to carefully clean up and remove all materials.
